Today we are on “Il Resto del Carlino” where the food and wine journalist Davide Eusebi tells us about our new adventure of teaching Cooking Natural and Vegan course in Beijing at “EuroIdea” (#Smeg distributor in China).
36 Chinese students from Shanghai, Tibet, Korea and Japan participated in the course, 3 days very intense.
Not only natural cooking but also conferences of Medicine and Traditional Chinese Dietetics by our project consultant Marco Mazzini Naturopath.
The emotions were many and we thank the Chinese organizers!
