For those interested we organize courses in other cities. In spring we are in Beijing (China).
In Italy we are in Pesaro.
The courses include a technical-practical demonstration with execution and final tasting:

The course aims to teach the right combinations of foods combined with aromatic and spontaneous herbs forgotten in our area. Furthermore, the creation of balanced dishes without using ingredients of animal origin and creative dishes that are easy to make. Special attention to gluten-free dishes.
