Ingredients:

85gr of NATURAL organic soy milk ( I use Provamel)
¼ of lemon, squeezed
2 teaspoons of Organic mustard
2 pinches of natural sea salt
100gr of corn or sunflower seed oil (NO GMO)

Mix organic soy milk Provamel and all the ingredients except the oil.

Once they are well mixed add the oil, little by little. You will notice the texture become more and more creamy.

Put in the fridge for two hours! And your mayonnaise is ready, with no trouble!
