Vegan Tiramisù with Chocolate Mousse

30 minutes

Preparation

vegan

Ingredients for 4 people:

10 vegan biscuits
300g of organic natural soy milk
30gr of organic rice flour
50g of brown sugar
A little bit of turmeric
1 teaspoon of organic coconut oil
2 cups of coffee
1 tablespoon of bitter cocoa powder
For the vegan chocolate mousse:
200g of natural tofu
100g of dark chocolate 70%

A good vegan tiramisu inspired by the classic Italian proposal. Obviously we have less fat components but certainly more digestible and healthy.

I often suggest this version of vegan Tiramisu to my courses and I see a certain satisfaction in preparing it but above all in tasting it 🙂

We prepare the vegan cream:

in a small pan pour soy milk, rice flour, brown sugar, coconut oil and a little bit of turmeric to color a little yellow our cream. Turn the heat on to medium heat and allow to thicken, stirring with a whisk. In a few minutes we get our vegan cream.

We dip the biscuits in the coffee without sugaring.

We prepare the chocolate mousse:

first we melt the dark chocolate in a “bagno maria” and let it fry with the quantity of tofu. We transfer to a pastry bag.

We take 4 small dessert bowls or 4 transparent glasses: at the base we put the cookies wet with coffee, over a few tablespoons of vegan cream and finally decorate with the chocolate mousse. Finally we sprinkle bitter cocoa powder.
