Ingredients:

220g type 0 organic flour
70g natural organic soy milk
70gr of brown sugar
50gr sunflowers seed oil
10gr of coconut oil organic
5gr organic baking powder

In a large bowl mix the soy milk, the sugar, sunflowers seed oil and baking powder: mix using a fork.

Then add the flour and make a thick dough. Lay the dough on your worktop using a rolling pin and make a 5mm thick layer.

You can cut the dough in rectangles or in any shape of your choice.

Lay baking paper on the oven tray an place your cookies on it. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180°C.

When ready, sprinkle some finely ground brown sugar.
