Ingredients for 4 people:
2 zucchini medium small
¼ Melon not too ripe
1 big slice of watermelon
Wash the Daikon and the zucchini and cut the edges. Get rid of the external skin of the Daikon using the potatopeeler.
With the potatopeeler cut the Daikon to get some thin slices and put them in a bowl. Dress with some salt and extra virgin olive oil. Then place in the fridge.
Do the same thing with the zucchini.
Take the maleon and get rid of the seeds and skin. Make some small balls or small cubes and do the same thing with the watermelon.
How to plate:
Place the slices of Daikon and on the top of the the slices of Zucchini. Then garnish with the balls or cubes of Melon and Watermelon.
