Extra virgin olive oil
50gr Poppy seeds (to decorate)

Instructions

Wash the zucchini and then cut it lengthwise with a potato peeler.

Put everything in a large bowl and season with lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil and sea ​​salt.

Put in the fridge for an hour, before serving.
