700gr of zucchini
1 Lemon
50gr leaves of fresh mint
Whole sea salt
Extra virgin olive oil
50gr Poppy seeds (to decorate)
100gr of sprouts and fresh flowers

Instructions
Wash the zucchini and then cut it lengthwise with a potato peeler.
Put everything in a large bowl and season with lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil and sea salt.
Put in the fridge for an hour, before serving.
Take your serving dish and arrange the zucchini in the middle.
Decorate with freshly chopped mint leaves and poppy seeds. On the top add some sprouts and fresh flowers
