1- Cook the black quinoa in a pot with plenty of water. Cook for 15 minutes, then drain.
在锅中放入适量净水,煮黑藜麦约15分钟,然后沥干。
2- Pour it in a pan pour with soy milk and dark chocolate.
将黑藜麦倒入平底锅中,并加入豆浆和黑巧克力
3- In a small bowl melt the agar well with 50gr of water. Add the dissolved agar agar to soy milk. Whisk well and cook for about ten minutes.
在一个小碗里,用50克的水把琼脂融化,再将溶解的琼脂加入平底锅中,搅拌均匀,煮大约10分钟
4- Transfer our pudding into dessert bowls and let cool in the fridge.
将布丁放入甜点碗,放在冰箱里冷却
5- How to plate: remove our desserts from the bowls and arrange each of them on a serving plate. Sprinkle with flakes of dark chocolate and black quinoa
装盘: 冷却成型后,我们可以将甜点从甜点碗中取出,把它们分别放在盘子里,洒上黑巧克力和黑藜麦装饰
